Very disappointed with this place. They did a Resty and overfilled an area on my face. When I called for them to fix it, they said they cannot do anything until after 7 days. I told them that I just need a little adjustment because the area was so swollen (looked like I have a big lump in the middle of my forehead) and I can't show my face that way in public (I was going to host a presentation). I love the R.N, Kim. She's absolutely incredible, very skilled, knows how to minimize pain and bruising, truly puts you at ease, works with your budget, great conversation and has absolutely gorgeous skin herself. The clinic has a wonderful, soothing atmosphere and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave from my treatment. The front desk gals are always so polite and friendly. Bravo, everyone!

Today was my first visit to Ultraderm, I've been getting Botox and filler for years but I have never had this kind of experience. Barbara is a true artist she took lots of time to go over my needs and I'm so grateful to her. Very clean ,everyone is so kind Trust me there is no other place to go but Ultraderm .

The one star is for the clean office and polite staff. The biggest problem I have is that I ask for the same treatment and get charged different prices every time ($350-$750) I definitely felt ripped off after my last visit and will not be going back.

I've always read that you should never have cosmetics procedures done by people who are not actual plastic surgeons and now I know why. The aestheticians here are nice ladies but they're NOT qualified to pump fillers into your face - maybe they can do facials and manicures, but don't trust them with the Restylane or most especially the Radiesse. I went to get Radiesse injected into the (pretty small) marionette lines in my chin. One side worked but on the other the lady put in too much and in the wrong place and gave me lu... read more

The place is clean, the prices are resonable, and the staff was really friendly. I think the last reviewer was menstrating when she wrote the review. It seems like if the doctor was being "too medical" then he needed to dumb it down. Anyhow, the girl at the front desk was super informitive. She gave me samples of Jan Marni products and told me to try before I buy. I loved that I didn't feel pushed. I was very happy with this office. I will be back ;) shhhh... our little secret.

They lost me as a customer because their gratuity guidelines were unclear. I don't carry cash. Given that it is a dermatology office with doctors and nurses( I have never tipped at a doctors office in my life) and it was very pricey and there was no sign posted and no place to add a tip on the credit card slip, it lead me to believe gratuity was included.
