I had my first appointment at Ultraderm a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! Nurse Laila was extremely knowledgeable/professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I loved that she encouraged me to stay conservative being that this was my first time getting tox! My results are incredible and cannot wait to return for further treatment. I highly recommend her and the staff at Ultraderm!

Can I leave 10 stars?! If you're looking for the best esthetics nurse in Santa Cruz you've found her with Laila. She works wonders. Laila is an all star. She makes you feel heard, understood and beautiful. I started going to her a year ago and I was a little nervous at first since I hadn't worked with her before. She was comforting, wasn't pushy, understanding of my concerns. I left so happy with the results I keep coming back! She's the best! She respects her work and her clients and her work is an art form.

I went to get lip filler and ended up with lumps on them, then I went in for a correction and my lips ended up looking worse than before...I felt like it was a waist of time and money

I got my lips done by Laila last month and I'm IN LOVE!! It's been almost 3 weeks post injections and they look amazing and so natural! It was my first time getting filler and Laila is so sweet and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process! Definitely will be going back :)

Dr. Garner is the best. He is confident, knowledgeable and takes the required time to explain. I have had two surgeries performed by him, and I have also had non-surgical work done in the spa (Botox). I also consulted Dr. Garner on another major plastic surgery that I had done elsewhere. He has exceeded expectations on all of it. The office is clean, ladies friendly and work will be done right. I highly recommend.

In August I saw Laila for lip injections. I have wanted my lips done for almost four years and have gone through numerous consultations with different nurses. Laila answered a million questions during my consult in March and assured me she wouldn't overfill my lips. Later in the year, I got my lips filled with Restylane Kysse and I love my results. I am definitely returning to Ultra Derm to get them touched up in April! Laila has restored my confidence and I am very grateful for a nurse that listens and executes my vision!

This business has been my go to place for 15 years. When I called to book my appointment with Kim I was informed she had retired!!! I was so sad and I was even more disappointed when I discovered that that information was completely FALSE!!! I only hope CSI gets to better business practices. I'm sure there are other wonderful people who work there but whoever is in charge of managing them sounds like they need a course on being mature and professional.

Officially changing my birthday/ Xmas/ Valentines Day wish list to just treatments from Ultraderm! I had a facial with Rose and it was an hour of complete relaxation... not to mention my skin feels and looks so fresh! Can't wait to come back!
