Dr. Hayes is super cool and friendly as well as professional. I've been taking my son to her for the last 6 months and the office is beautiful, calm and a relief from the previous office we were going to. She listens to her patients. Highly recommend!

I'm really happy with the care from Dr Hayes. I see a Dr Cabral is mentioned in a lot of the reviews--I never saw him, don't know if he's still there, seems like a mixed bag. Anyhow, Dr Hayes is wonderful. She correctly diagnosed two issues that had been misdiagnosed at a place in Marin. She is very sharp-eyed and quick but also warm, thorough and compassionate. I have been bringing my daughter to see Dr. Cabral for over a year now for a variety of skin treatments including removing keloids and facial resurfacing. I am also a patient of Dr. Cabral and have had exceptional service at every visit. Their staff and Dr. Cabral are both friendly and professional. Our results have been consistently positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Cabral to anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and skilled dermatologist!

Dr. Cabral is very knowledgeable...caring and kind. He takes the time to share his knowledge on Botox and fillers ...guiding me through the process so that the end result is amazing. I've been a patient for over 2 years and I highly recommend both CA Skin Institute and Dr. Cabral. The staff is Top Notch as well!!! I am a very happy patient!!

I want to commend Dr Cabral and the staff at the California Skin Institute. I went in for a scheduled laser treatment on my face. I was treated with courtesy, and sat in the waiting room for only a minute or so when Dr. Cabral came to greet me and introduce himself and the other staff members who would be assisting him in the CO2 Laser procedure. Schweiger Dermatology Group in New York bought the California Skin Institute. They are backed by private equity investors which means patients get minimal, rushed, and more expensive medical care. My appointment was with Dr. Hayes and among the very worst doctor's appointments I've ever had. She never really examined me and was in a hurry from the very moment she entered the room. I have been a patient for years. Really used to love this place - the Drs. and staff. Key worked " used". Now bought by large corporation. AI instead of a receptionist when you call. The AI tried to rebook my appt. and was very annoying. It offered me a time and then when I said YES it said it could not do it and transferred me to a receptionist. Waiste of time and annoyance. I would like the choice - AI or person !! Will see what else is changing. Not good so far.

Dr Tsu i guess took over from Dr Cabral. 1. not enough bandages for wound-had to go out and buy them 2. did not say on the paper instructions on caring for the wound do not use Neosporin ointment. I started using Neosporin 3. I took a shower and jumped into the pool. Instructions never addressed the issue of leaving a wet bandage on a open wound which i did several time. Saw Cabral (Wont give him the courtesy of calling him Dr.).for a Mohs Procedure on my right cheek. Had never met him prior. I was very nervous and was apprehensive about the procedure. His comment to me observing me was, " you are obviously very nervous, your eyes are darting all over the room. That immediately gave me a very uneasy feeling.
