I tried for several months to reach California Skin Institute billing department to find out about my charges. No success. Always getting the same massage to contact with me within 72 hours. Never replied. Its absolutely terrible service. I sand a massage to website e-mail. No response.

This review is for Ruzana who expedited a simple but complicated communication with my doctor's medical assistant. I don't think it would have been completed without her caring, diligence, and thoroughness. Even on a Monday, Ruzana was able to get something important to me accomplished. Thank you Ruzana, you are a gem!

I have been seeing Nikki for years and am always more than pleased with her service and the results of my visit. She truly cares. I see her mostly for general dermatology needs, but she is also very skilled at cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend Nikki and this location of CSI! At check-out today a manager took extra time to talk with me about my insurance coverage and the charge. I very much appreciate the personal touch at this clinic.

No one picks up in the billing department as they failed to bill the insurance. Left a voicemail over a week ago and nothing. Left a follow up voicemail, and still nothing.

I get great medical care and services from the PAs. The lower rating is because they sent me a bill for a $20 copay for a date of service 16 MONTHS AGO. The billing company NEVER picks up the phone and waits a full 72 hours before returning your voicemail. Then she was rude and entitled and digging in her heels for the $20. If I owe you a copay, don't wait 16 months to send me a bill. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in this regard.

I have seen Dr. Hsaio twice a year for 5 years, three times requiring Mohs surgery. He's terrific...highly skilled, friendly, and attentive to me as a person as well as a patient. Likewise his staff, several of whom are also interested in advanced medical careers, is highly competent, engaged, and attentive. Front desk is also helpful and engaged, unlike the icy reception many medical practices provide. These guys are great! They do not pickup the phone at any of their locations and do not respond to their online form. Appointments are very short. Doctor Lowenstein was nice and helpful but it felt rushed.
