I was incredibly disappointed by this group in pretty much every way possible; from the care I received, to their billing/front office practices. I made an appointment for a general dermatology check-up as I'm in the sun frequently. The appointment went relatively smoothly, the front desk seemed a little curt (and were audibly disparaging other patients and staff as I waited) Once I was taken back the physician was fairly attentive and felt there was a concerning red spot that needed a biopsy, which they did fairly quickly. ... read more

Dishonest establishment. I left feeling deceived and enraged at a $581 bill after going in for a checkup, which was supposed to be $80. There was never any mention that the operations they were going to do deviated from the standard checkup that I went in for. And then because I can't afford that in one payment, I set up a monthly payment. Now I've just received a Final Notice letter saying that they're going to turn the bill over to a collection agency, but I set up the monthly payment to be auto-paid, so I shouldn't be rec... read more

While I had a good dermatological appt at another CSI office, I do not recommend using CSI for any cosmetic treatments. I went for botox. I've had it before. I expressed my concerns and previous experiences and then Dr Kaminsky went ahead and did exactly what he wanted. The results were bad. I called and even wrote after the fact and they didn't even respond.

I visited Francis Chu-Wei Hsiao (Dermatologist) to take care of a overactive blemish on my face. He went ahead and "drained" it and then hit me with 3 Cortisone shots at the site. He left permanent damage. The skin deflated and now is indented on my face. There isn't a way to fix it and I have to live with it forever. I would never recommend their services.

Saw Niki Melet twice. Very helpful, personable, and competent. Front desk team also very service oriented. No complaints. Will return.

I had kybella with Nikki and was blown away by the results of one treatment. Nikki was friendly, warm, professional and took the time to make sure I understood everything about the injectable. She really makes you feel like you're the only patient in the place, every time. I plan on coming back to Nikki, and will even bring my husband! All the nurses and front desk personnel have been so kind and friendly, as well. I'm surprised CSI doesn't have more 5 star reviews! I received Duel Fraxel treatment at this location. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely terrible. First, the office is very disorganized and after sitting in the exam room for a half hour, the nurse realized she still hadn't given me numbing cream (causing me to need to wait another half hour for it to take action) She then proceeded to talk to me about the procedure and compared the pain to child birth.
