I've called multiple times to try to change an appointment. I usually hang up after being on hold for about 30 minutes (27 minutes first time, 34 minutes second time). Hope they don't charge for no-show since no way to actually call and change appointment time.
George at the front desk is a super star! I was running late for my son's scheduled appointment, which I thought was at X time and it was actually scheduled for an hour before X time. My bad... I had already waited a couple weeks for this appointment and didn't want to have to - one - pay for a missed appointment - and two - reschedule when I already took off work and rushed to get here. George was very pleasant and he worked his magic that busy day and got my son seen, without a long wait. Thank you for working the schedule... read more
