The front office is a nightmare. You are put on hold and listen to a long list of their services. Then they hang up on you or tell you to leave a number and they will call you back. Request for a call back happened twice..They never call you back. It seems that with all the money made providing services, they could hire competent personnel for their front office. I see that I am not the only person with this complaint which makes me realize that they don't care.

The best dermatologist in the area ! I have been seeing dr Joe for a while now taking care of my dry skin and so much more services he is a very patient with me and always find the best solutions for my needs. Thank you so much dr Joe and I referred so many of my own family members to him because I trust him

Scheduled an appointment 3 months out. Cleared my schedule, sat in traffic to arrive on time. Showed up and they claimed they didn't have a record of it. Checked to see if could be seen anyway, couldn't fit me in. Complete waste of time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been here twice and have have recently tried to call 3 times to book another appointment. I hate to say this, but don't bother. The three times I called no one answered and at this point I'm just giving up. I'll find somewhere else that's more attentive. The two times that I have been there I was sitting in the reception for a long time (even with an appointment) and then sat in the empty room for 15 minutes and then only got to speak with the doctor for 5 to 6 minutes. PASS.

Disorganized, unreachable front desk. That's pretty much all I have to say about them. Pretty run of the mill doctor office except that it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human most of the time when calling in for a refill or to ask for clarifications. Nobody ever replies. EVER.

This is a dreadful place. Impossible to get on the phone; always put on hold and while on hold you must listen to endless commercials about how good Dr. Morganroth is: bombastic crap about Harvard, while you are disrespected with interminable wait times. I've been with them now for months and I'm begging my primary physician to transfer me to another more competent skin care clinic. Don't use these people. Professor Mac Gowan San Jose City College.

My daughter was referred to CSI for a procedure called "Miradry." Its used to treat hyperhydrosis of the axilla....which is extreme excessive sweating. I was at the consultation, and was told it would be $2,000.00 out of pocket, that insurance would not cover the cost, and that it would treat her condition permanently. Would've been 1 Star but the dermatologist is amazing so I'm leaving 2 stars. The Billing department & front desks don't know what they're doing. I went in on January 3rd, 2019 for a quick check up. I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. After I spoke with the dermatologist, I went over to the front desk to ask about my balance and pay my bill. Great Docs and front desk, but....super busy and has a factory feel to it. Note- every appt I've made had significant wait times
