Scott and the entire team were great throughout the loan process. Loan Simple has integrated all documents to be online which was wonderful and a life saver as busy business owner. The process is cumbersome with any company, but loan simple took the time to explain each step. I would recommend Loan Simple to anyone shopping for their first loan to refinancing.
Unresponsive and marked me as he made contact but never did. Choose a lender that cares enough to make contact. Dont waste your time with this one. I got 4 emails back to back. 1.hello, 2.are you interested? 3. Sorry we are not connecting 4.dismissal emal. Seems like they just send generic emails and click through to get them done. Not actually trying to help anyone.

Never in my entire life was I more disrespected by someone in customer service! Scott not only wasted my time, but showed me that he is untrustworthy. After multiple conversations, Scott gave me false information about VA loans. He works alongslide a builder I wanted to have build my home. After he told me that my income was enough to be qualified, and everything that was required for the loan I needed was good I went under contract with this builder, and gave them ernest money. Hello, I would like to respond to this post. This complaint is full of inaccurate information. I did get a call from this person on a Sunday evening around 5pm. She informed me that she had written a contract with a local builder that we work with often, and she was shopping around for lenders. I spoke with her very briefly, as she informed me that she was only wanting information about interest rates at that time.
