I have worked with Scott and Matt and the loan simple team for my own personal home purchase as well as with several of my clients. As a real estate professional I need lenders that can deliver on time and meet or exceed my buyers expectations. Scott and Matt are great communicators and if they tell you they can get you approved then they will find a way to get the job done. My wife and I had to switch from the lender we originally started with (only because we didn't know Matt and Scott yet) and only had about 20 days until closing when we found out our original lender wasn't going to be able to get our loan approved.
