Everyone at Loan Simple was awesome! They made expectations and deadlines very clear, and were there to help every step of the way! We would definitely use Loan Simple again and will recommend them to others!
The team was extremely accessible via email, phone, and text, and were excellent at keeping me up to date on where I was at with the loan. When one loan strategy fell apart, they were ready with the next option to try and keep the closing date. While very efficient, they were also sensitive to the stress and work that goes into buying a home on the buyers' end. I would definitely use this lender again.
