After a long process we finally closed on a second house 8 weeks after losing the buyer of our previous house then then after redoing the entire process on a second beautiful home and finally closing the team at LoanSimple was awesome through the entire process two times. Scott and Loan Simple was absolutely the best choice for a morgage. They are local and will answer all of your questions in a very timely manner. Even on Sundays his team will work with you if needed. I closed an FHA in 30 days. He will tell you what you can and cannot afford. Very responsible lender. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone. Had a friend use them and he was thrilled about the ease of getting into a home.
