I personally went to the offices many times and always was welcomed and helped in an expert fashion. Again I would and have recommended John and his team to any and all.
John's team worked diligently to get through the maze of dealing with the financing of a manufactured home which most lenders shy away from. Doug was especially helpful despite some confusion in the closing details. Would recommend to anyone financing a manufactured type home.
This was the most painless refi I have ever done. John and Rebecca are fantastic and even come to your closing (with cookies). Their proceeding staff is on top if everything and keeps you informed through out the process. I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a lender and would definitely use their services again if needed.
