It was a great experience!
We had miscommunication problems several times. I can understand and deal with that however I cannot forgive the fact that my mortgage information was sent to unknown email addresses and I received other people's information multiple times. I do not feel that my private information is secure in your hands and if I had had more time I may very well have searched for alternative options.
