Absolutely packed, oversold the tickets, wait times for one single house were upwards of an hour. It also just wasn't that scary this year. We've gone every year and thought we'd be okay and able to distance since it's outdoors but you literally couldn't even stick your arm out without hitting somebody, that's how crowded it was. Put your $60 toward HHN or something. This place was not built to handle that kind of crowd. Zombie paintball was really cool though. Miss the hayride, but it was a fun addition!
This was hands down the worst haunted attraction I've been to and I've been to hundreds. We spent over $200 for tickets and VIP. We were told there was special parking on payment for motorcycles which wasn't true. We were placed in a field which isn't very good for large bikes. Then we asked a parking attendant where we went for VIP. We were told that some guy came and called for VIP earlier but they didn't know where he was so wait and they would find out. Skip Scream-A-Geddon this year. Covid procedures on their website are not being followed. We encountered no less than 8 employees not wearing masks or wearing masks incorrectly before even entering the park. This included the employee handling parking who was not wearing a mask at all and interacting directly with every car entering the property, as well as the employees at the box office and scanning tickets at the door wearing their mask with their nose uncovered. Went with my husband for the first time. We loved the set up, the costumes were amazing despite the actors wearing masks. However we did not purchase the fast pass ( wish we did). We only got to attend 3 out of the 5 houses due to the crazy long lines. We were literally in line for almost an hour and a half. Wish the park hours were longer. We drove an hour to check it out. Definitely not worth the drive nor money.
We got there when it opened at 7:30. We only made it through 2 of the 5 haunted house because the lines were so long. If you cannot afford to upgrade to the very expensive $80 fast passes do not waste your time!!!!
Writing everything wrong will piss off to many so will just say this! Don't waste money on Sniper Package for Paintball, half the guns on bus didn't work, woman on bus, told us doesn't matter what you paid for. 3 cups, nope half a cup on first fill up and 4 balls on 2nd, really 4 balls! I spent $279 for everything was so excited for the Paintball and to have my gun to work and to get less then a cup, when I paid for 3, a waste of $20×3. Rude parking staff members. No attendants at the front of the attraction or security in the lines. Yellow rope to separate VIP and regular admission. People skipping lines, pushing, no masks worn, no 6 ft. social distancing. Rules are told before entering the park; Rules out the door when inside. People cursing and smoking in the lines. Portable toilets disgusting; no toilet paper or water for hand washing. 1 hour line to use the bathroom.. Women and men's toilets. Haunted houses maxed out 2 hour wait. I went with my fiancé to this event Friday the 16th. We have been for the past four years and up until now it was a GOOD time. Now I think they have bitten off more than they can chew. We ended up paying 80$ more for VIP passes and definitely didn’t see a difference people were so close together in the houses you couldn’t even get the full effect, which I don’t understand! especially with what’s going on with COVID. We decided to go on the most expensive night apparently. The park is a great size and there were multiple attractions. If you go on a busy night then the VIP pass is a must. The lines for general admission were crazy long. They take temperature checks as your walking in and there’s sanitizer at all of the exits to the attractions. We payed for the zombie paintball attraction and paid for each of us to have 200 balls to shoot. They do not check who payed for what because everyone is receiving the same amount of ammo.
