It's a great place to live and also a good place for vacation time and also the best part is fishing and eating the seafood. Someday I'll have my own place down there..�
We rented "Homeplace" for the week of Sept 11th. We absolutely loved the house. It was the perfect size for our large family. We loved the keyless entry and we utilized the beach rentals which were so nice to have. We would definitely rent this home again and look forward to renting from Seaside in the future.
Just finished our first vacation stay with Seaside Vacations, our family stayed in A Pirates Paradise- the house was beautiful and clean, only problem is the fridge- it would not get cold- someone did come look at it and told us to leave it closed for 24 hours as it was probably left open to be cleaned but it still didn't get cold we had to use the mini fridge downstairs instead. Other than that everything was great!
We stayed at Crystal Sands Castle. Wonderful house. I missed not having an ocean view but we walked every day to beach without problems. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The house was clean and decorated perfectly. Please take advantage of the grocery option and keyless entry - loved these options!! We had not been to OBX in a while and never rented through Seaside a little nervous...well after this time, we will be back and rent through Seaside. The little gift was very nice too. Thank you.
This past June was our 3rd Outer Banks vacation in a row and our 2nd year staying at Saltaire Cottages through Seaside Vacations. My one and only complaint is....I don't live closer!!!!...the 5 hour drive is worth every mile for our vacation memories we have made at the Saltaire. Kelley, our customer rep, has been phenomenal and such a delight. We were lucky to have her help the past 2 years. I love the convenience of the layaway plan too. Just got back from our stay at 23 Ocean Blvd and I am rather impressed. The pictures on the website don't really give this place enough credit. The house was clean, nice and had a perfect location (just a short walk away from the beach - about 3 minutes). Everything on the Outer Banks is just a short drive away. Just got back from a week in OBX. We booked through SSV. We had a very pleasant experience with this company. Everything was provided to us as far as information, deadlines, the reservation portal and the home information. The staff was very helpful when we had questions. Customer service was outstanding. As for the home, We were pleased with the home we reserved. We chose to stay at Stack'n Bananas. The house was large, very clean and had everything we needed to have a fun filled stay. Just want to say that this is an excellent company to use for your vacation needs. They are always super friendly and helpful. I have used other companies but think this is the best with the layaway payment plan and online payments.
