We enjoyed our annual stay at Saltaire as usual. The only minor complaint I have is the fact that most guests parked their vehicles in the driveway in front of their units. This is not only an inconvenience for other vehicles entering and exiting the property, but also unsafe if an emergency vehicle had to enter. In past years we needed parking passes and had to park in designated areas. I believe this practice should be reviewed for next year.

The house was nice, loved the pool and proximity to the ocean...that said, we had to put up with construction of new home beside us. We should have been told ahead of time so we could decide if we wanted to rent elsewhere. Sawdust was in the pool, hot tub and blew onto us as we sat on the deck. We had a water leak that was never addressed which meant one bath was not available. The first day the first 2 floors had no a.c... We stayed at the Sands Condo's, ocean front. We had ocean front condo. Just what we wanted. It was perfect. Decorated fabulous. So comfortable. It was clean. Beds made, towels.Loved being able to go straight to the condo, with keyless entry. I called on a Sunday expecting, and answer machine, but a very nice lady answered the phone, and helped me 100%. Yes I would rent with Seaside Vacations again, and again. Thank you Seaside Vacations for everything.

HAve rented with them for 5-6 years. Very helpful staff, good selection of homes and love their layaway plan.

My family and I stayed over Halloween weekend for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The house was great and fit everyone there comfortably, the kids all had a blast and the adults were all very impressed with the space, price and area in general. While there was a bit of basic cleaning that could've been done (spider webs and such) it's nothing that stopped us from having a great time.

We were there last week... the house was wonderful !! clean, beautiful, great location. We had trouble with the elevator ( our fault) but they sent someone right out to fix it. We loved everything about the house and our stay in general. The weather was great and we loved being so close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again !

My extended family stayed in a house on the beach for a week in peak season in August. Great location, easy automated check in and check out, no issues. I'd definitely rent with them again but not pay peak season pricing as I don't think the same property is worth a difference of $5000 a week. Better plan well than a year in advance next time as 12 months left us with only one week available for the house we needed (the most expensive week). Great pool, great layout, plenty of room for the whole family.
