Seaside is Great! We've used different companies each time we've vacationed in OBX due to subpar cleaning, communication, you name it. But Seaside may just be our one and only rental company here on out! The house was ready at the time the agreement stated, plenty of towels and blankets, very clean. Everything was as stated or better condition.

After reading some of the reviews of other Seaside properties ahead of our trip I was concerned about what we would find upon check in. However, we we were more than impressed by Grateful Duck! The home actually looks even better in person than online, everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, even the decking had been recently renovated. A Shore Thing (Sand Plum Court - Corolla, NC). We stayed at this home last week and what a wonderful house! EVERY SINGLE THING is brand new - - beds, furniture, blankets, floors, decor, every single thing in the kitchen, appliances, you name it. Nothing is this house was recycled from a thrift store or second hand. The location was PHENOMENAL -- just one block from the beach, and we couldn't be more pleased. We won a week at the OBX Intangible Bay House and it was incredible! Beautiful home lots of info on local restaurants, menus, things to do, etc provided. Clean gorgeous house with a great view! We wouldn’t have been able to do this this year with just building our first home back in VA and our son having a lengthy stay in CHKD in January with the flu and croup. This was an unforgettable blessing! We can’t thank you enough!
We had nothing but a positive experience with Seaside. They make checking in and out easy and the rental we had was amazing.

The house we were supposed to rent was damaged in the hurricane. Kelley Horton at Seaside went above and beyond to find us a suitable replacement just days before our vacation. It was literally one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. We have another house booked with them for the spring.
