Don't ever bank with this credit union. They rejected my stimulas check and try to lie and said they thought a company was trying to take money out of my account. This doesn't make any sense, when I've gotten deposits with the same amounts before. Be aware people, this credit union is very bias and they are scammers. They have bad customer service, plus I'm going to shut down my account with them asap. Then the manager had no empathy and was like it's not there fault.
You can no longer login using a pin. Also, attempting to deposit a check is hassle, along with, doing any type of bill pay.
Crashes immediately upon opening. Useless. Uninstalled.
I can't even sign up to use the site.
App no longer loads on my device (Samsung Galaxy 7). It was very convenient when it was functioning - now nothing! Please address this.
Not to sure on how to use finger login tried it seems not to work right maybe I need to look further into it's use.
Can not log into the mobile app
App will no longer allow me to deposit checks! Link to email to fix it is invalid. Phone number it provides takes you in circles. What's the point of a bank app if you cannot use it for tasks like check deposits? :/ Used to love this app. Pls fix.
App hasn't worked on my phone for at least a month. It won't open. Worked fine b4 that. Sort of useless now.
