The app does not work on a regular basis and has issues often. Not what you want from your banking app.
the app always seems to be under maintenance! Yes, it's an inconvenience! ******Update:: 5/10/20****** I have not been able to log into my online banking. I called SECU, they said they were having technical issues. Its been 4 days now and I still cannot log onto the app through my phone or tablet! To say this is super frustrating is an understatement! I'd give this zero stars if I could.
Does not allow me to log in but I can log in on the computer. Stopped using the app because it no longer works.
Something is going on with the app. It no longer allows me to log-in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still won't let me in. This just happened with the Last update. It needs to be fixed right away. No problems with the website.
wont take log in info. resets back to login page after logging in. So they updated it to allow me to log in with all my security checkpoints but then took away the secu me 2 you function from the app. Why would you take away one of the most convenient features??
Don't ever bank with this credit union. They rejected my stimulas check and try to lie and said they thought a company was trying to take money out of my account. This doesn't make any sense, when I've gotten deposits with the same amounts before. Be aware people, this credit union is very bias and they are scammers. They have bad customer service, plus I'm going to shut down my account with them asap. Then the manager had no empathy and was like it's not there fault.
You can no longer login using a pin. Also, attempting to deposit a check is hassle, along with, doing any type of bill pay.
Crashes immediately upon opening. Useless. Uninstalled.
I can't even sign up to use the site.
