This app and the online banking does not have zelle which makes it difficult to do instant transfer to other banks.
Constant issues with this app. It's switched the contact information between my business and personal accounts on several occasions. Now, for the past few weeks, it keeps asking me to verify devices (cellphone, laptop) each time I attempt to log on using them. What's the purpose of verifying a device if you have to keep doing it EVERY time youig on?
I have trouble logging in.
Most unusable app I've ever seen from a bank. Haven't been able to login for over a week and the system is constantly down for "scheduled maintenance." Never had this problem from any other bank. Technologically, SECU just can't keep up. As soon as my car loans are paid off I'm closing my accounts and never dealing with SECU again. UPDATE-- Reinstalled 1 mo. later and still doesn't work. Crashes everytime login. When I tweeted SECU about it I suddenly got a phone call which was kinda creepy tbh.
The app always crash after you log on
App not working, keep crashing 😔
App has not allowed me to check my accounts. Have to log into website and go through long process of signing in that way. Select option for "use fingerprint"...app shuts down. I select option for "dont use fingerprint"...app shuts down. Try clntacting support...app shuts down. Making me want to go back to Bank Of America...had zerl issues with their app.
