For the past moth this app doesn't allow me to see all my accounts when I put my log in number cousing me inconvenience s in many times when I need to do any Transaction between accounts. Not happy, it happens daily.
New version doesn't work at all. Crashes out after pin entered.
Had to reset my password. Asked me my birthday and a calendar shows up. I had to go back over 40 years pushing the back button to click on my birthday because it did not allow me just to type it. Who ever designed this should be fired. Also, contrary to other banking apps, this one saves in your phone the username, safety failure.
App works great as long as you only have one account. I now have a personal account and a business account and it isn't possible to switch between the two. (For example, the Capital One app let's you have a list of accounts and use your fingerprint to sign into any of them)
Totally wrecked use of app, refused to recognize password, lost fingerprint access. Would not allow me to use app until New code installed

Its changed I used to be able to log in with a pin number. Now i have to put the same info as if i am using a computer
Suddenly I can't reach the web site. Now I get an error 500 message. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the message still came up.
This app and the online banking does not have zelle which makes it difficult to do instant transfer to other banks.
