App won't let me deposit checks into my checking account "unable to process your request at this time" smh
Auto capture for back of check in mobile deposit doesn't work correctly. The image is is titled 90 degrees. Front of check works fine.
It is ridiculously cumbersome to set up. For example, rather than being able to simply type in a date, you have to scroll backwards, month by month, from the present date to your birth date. I was born in the 1960s, so this was tedious and wound up taking 2 or 3 minutes. They also have to text you authentication. But my acct doesnt have a phone number tied to it. Theres no alternative way to authenticate or rectify this online - you have to customer service, which takes forever.

The mobile banking keep locking my account like every week, even after several complaints to customer service about it. Couldn't access my account online. The app sucks.
500 seems that we've encounter a error...and cant fix it
Terrible functionality - down for service more times than not....often times experience difficulty logging in when using the correct credentials. Have to uninstall and reinstall to gain access. Not a fan.
