they constantly go under "manitance" 😡 cant access my account at least 70% put of the month so if your an entrepreneur or just like to access YOUR account ha this is NOT the bank for you.
I loved it...until the last update. Since the update, it crashes every time I try to use fingerprint recognition and half the time when I just put in username/password. What a pain - unreliable.
Anyone having problems with the app crashing anytime you use the thumbprint, it only works right if you have snapshot enabled. The dashboards seem overdone showing each balance twice.
It's less of a pain to login, but I don't find it easy to use. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Does not show all of your card authorizations as pending, which really sucks in case you forget you charged something.
The fact that your institution had decided that you want to force customers to call to pay off their loans rather than using your app, and do so by not displaying interest charges, and possibly subjecting them to penalties because they haven't paid something they don't even know exists, is making me think seriously about finding a new credit union, and I've been a member for 20+ years.

I find the app so visually off-putting that I actually avoid checking my account. (Sometimes I go to the regular site from a browser, not that it's great on a mobile device, either. ) Not good.
