The fact that your institution had decided that you want to force customers to call to pay off their loans rather than using your app, and do so by not displaying interest charges, and possibly subjecting them to penalties because they haven't paid something they don't even know exists, is making me think seriously about finding a new credit union, and I've been a member for 20+ years.

I find the app so visually off-putting that I actually avoid checking my account. (Sometimes I go to the regular site from a browser, not that it's great on a mobile device, either. ) Not good.

new update is not good
finger print log continue to fail after software update. unable to reset password. its pasword reset steps are down right frustrating...especially the date of birth feature....are you kidding me?
Since the last update the fingerprint login causes the app to crash. Sometimes the app just crashes when i try to open it without the fingerprint login
This new application continues to crash. not sure what is going on. Used to work well but not anymore. Made multiple complaints but all go unanswered.
