crashes every time when trying to sign in using fingerprint
this new app is nightmare. It keeps crushing and it can't log in

Cannot login anymore. fingerprint and password refuse to work for mobile app. Extremely inconvenient
The recent update brings this down to a negative. Now the app crashes are sign-on. Prior to the update it was easily a 3. A three becuz there's a delay with postings, both credits & withdrawals. You can't schedule wire transfer. The secu2me is a noncompetitive money transfer service relative to Zelle or cash app. Unless you're transfering to another secu member it's not really worth the service because it takes days to reach the recipients account. I could go on...
I've been having a problem with this app for about 2 weeks. Received a email from secu saying problem was fixed. It's not. I wants to let me log in but won't. So I'm going to delete the app and restart and see what happens. I did like this app very much before all this drama.
app does not work. You have to go to SECU's website to log in defeats the purpose of having an app.
A lot easy to asses your accounts.
