Downloaded, and it won't open. My most recent try with these people. SECU is trashing itself on all fronts, its web, the branches, and this app. Customer service is the bottom of their list. I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years and am running to the exit. My top priority is paying off my last loan ASAP so I can move on. Go Navy FCU.
app crashes before i can even log in
Would be great if I didn't get locked out of my account every 3 days. The app is having technical difficulties they said. 2 weeks later....still happening.
If secu would have better app banking i would likely have more of my accounts there but the app sucks. You can't transfer money easily to outside accounts or even within. You can't easily label transactions. Bank of America app is the bomb.
App was 5 star untill last update couple months ago now it closes during use. Many times it closes right after logging in very frustrating. Please fix
New interface is cool but I can't make transfers within my account...
It won't load my account after logging in...
Old app was better. SECU sucks, they dont listen to customers and customer service is horrible. We financed a car through them and they forgot to add the gap insurance. It cost us thousands and they didn't even apologize! I'm going to be switching banks soon. Save yourself money and get out now!
