Horrible update on 5/18/18 to this app. Bill Pay shows a feature called "Manage Payees" but just TRY to do any edits without screaming after getting booted back to the previous menu for the 5th time! I know I'm not alone in getting bills from the same payees with constantly changing ACCOUNT NUMBERS. I need to change it every time I pay a bill and this app simply doesn't allow it. Easier to delete it and create a new payee. SECU, if you are listening FIX THIS PLEASE!
This app never has an up to date balance. Charges will straight up disappear and then resurface 5 days later. Not reliable.
Login not recognized. Other app or web is working.
This app is useless for doing doing anything other than seeing your balances. You can still pay bills, but they completely removed the ability to see your bills so you I guess you just have to guess how much you need to pay. They destroyed this and the web app at the same time. Savings and checking accounts are the same everywhere, and the only thing that separates one bank from another is convenience. Because they made it difficult to manage my finances, I feel like I won't be with SECU much longer if this isn't fixed soon.
The update (for me) is worse than the previous version because the menu option is super long. You have to scroll down a lot to find the item you need. Everything requires more clicks and more scrolling. The app is not as beautiful as it used to be. Simpler is better. Less text is better.
I still can't transfer money from my account to another account outside Secu
This app is terrible I used to be able to pay my credit card online now from an outside account I can't do that no more so I have to go to Secu location to pay the bill or go to my bank and step up a payment account to pay the bill just plain stupid do what's the purpose of this app if you can't pay anything on line
Hate this bs. Way to slow and I keep getting a message system error. Like the old one better. Now the system says it is down try later. We'll I am doing bills now not later.
Seems like it'll up and delete your login. Can't even log in, says user not found. Not sure what that's all about, but app is useless now.
