I was really in need of a moving truck for some pieces of furniture I needed out of the way and they are even so what harder to find because of the covid-19 but Universal Storage came through with a free truck with special circumstances of course but I was able to go in have the truck taken to my home we loaded up what I needed got them to the storage dropped it off got it all done in under an hour. Thank you Eleanor and Sergio for you kind and speedy service.

This place is clean, tidy and secure. The staff is friendly and professional. We used it for several years while staying in the area and never had any problems. We would definitely recommend them!

Ask for Loann the Site Manager. She is great and so helpful. OFFERING MONEY SAVING TIPS!!!. Have a double door storage and instead of cutting the lock and using an expensive locksmith she offered to take off the plate from the inside at no extra charge. She is really helpful in setting you up to pay your bill on their website. They also offer free use of their truck for move in!! Check them out you want be sorry!!

I want to thank Loana and Eleanor for their outstanding service. I had to move out of an apartment in Carson California and hit awful L.A. traffic, my arrival time was 6:00 pm just as they were closing. They both stayed to meet my movers and start my new contract. It was a relief to have them accommodate and show patience with my move. Much Appreciated!

Easy to rent storage. Customer service was excellent. Eleanor and the rest of the staff were friendly. They offer a free truck rental if you're moving stuff locally. I did not personally use it because I was moving my stuff from far away so they discounted me $50 from my rent for using a u-haul instead. I never had any problems with my storage unit. The location appears to be safe and secure.
