I enjoyed the customer service. Eleanor is very thorough with what is available and I asked a lot of questions and she gave me answers. I did ask about rent going up and she said they might. Was easy to rent the moving truck when needed (you get one time use of it). The truck is free mileage up to 20 miles, about 79 cents thereafter, and you dont have to gas up. This storage facility is the best in Fontana ca. The manager and the assistant she works with are very respectful and courteous. Was a really good day knowing everything I needed was addressed and very well explained. Thank you guys for the great service. Joe Rivera and Jennifer Hernandez
Eleanor is super duper friendly. Called and gave me a great deal off the bat. Showed up 20 min later, she showed me the unit I agreed boom! Quick and easy. Month to month felt no pressure signing up. Highly recommend this facility.

I am so pleased with the caring customer service. I had a wonderful young lady help me , forgive me if it's wrong but I believe it was Mitchelle? She was such SUCH a BIG help locating me the perfect unit for my storage needs. Not only did she go out of her way to show me the best units and the most convenient located ones as well. Eleanor is a sweetie pie and very helpful. I have never rented a storage before and was unsure of the process, she explained the process and explained the fees. What I liked the most is how clean my storage was and how the facility is tucked away inside a nice community. I can't forget to mention that I lost my keys to my lock, so we had to call a locksmith to open my unit. The locksmith arrived pretty fast and the fee wasn't insane. For all of these reasons... The last time I moved and required self-storage space was in 1999. Over the years I have helped friends and family move in and out of storage facilities and all I would hear is gripe about the cost, long lease terms to get a discount, cancelation notice needing 30 days, etc.. the list goes on. Being I hadn't had a need for a while, I researched a few and found this company that does month to month lease terms with discounts, cancelation notice is 7 days and best of all, the free usage of their truck! Rate increases after 1st payment. If you are on a budget, do not use NSA storage. All of the complaints are genuine. I will be looking forward to the next few rate increases so I can update my experience. It is very annoying. The Ladies at the front desk are great. Area is great.

THEY HAVE A RODENT ISSUE My storage belongings were DESTROYED due to their rodent issue. I did not even stay a month before this occured. I never vacated as I was completely disgusted with the rodent droppings etc all over my baby's things. They vacated for me, I never was charged. I also was not compensated for my damages and Eleanor is giving me the run around. Absolutely no ownership. They are trying to say they need pics for proof, but I didn't vacate the evidence THEY DID.
