I've been meaning to leave this review for a while but I've put it off because of my busy life, however I have never forgotten about it. So having said that I completely concur with that other one star reviewer. I'd love to give this place 0 as well. The front desk women were extremely rude and not and not at all helpful. God forbid they get off those chairs from behind the counter or even stand up when speaking to a customer. If I can give 0 star I would definitely give that rating. Elona or elena is a biatch store rep. Unprofessional and very rude over the phone. No wonder they have a bad reviews.
