The last time I moved and required self-storage space was in 1999. Over the years I have helped friends and family move in and out of storage facilities and all I would hear is gripe about the cost, long lease terms to get a discount, cancelation notice needing 30 days, etc.. the list goes on. Being I hadn't had a need for a while, I researched a few and found this company that does month to month lease terms with discounts, cancelation notice is 7 days and best of all, the free usage of their truck! After three years of being a loyal customer, I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted. My unit had spider sacs and spider webs everywhere, and when I called customer service, I received zero help, zero understanding, and absolutely no compensation. They clearly do not maintain their facility, no matter what they claim. How do you have spider webs outside a unit if you're supposedly spraying monthly? Rate increases after 1st payment. If you are on a budget, do not use NSA storage. All of the complaints are genuine. I will be looking forward to the next few rate increases so I can update my experience. It is very annoying. The Ladies at the front desk are great. Area is great.

THEY HAVE A RODENT ISSUE My storage belongings were DESTROYED due to their rodent issue. I did not even stay a month before this occured. I never vacated as I was completely disgusted with the rodent droppings etc all over my baby's things. They vacated for me, I never was charged. I also was not compensated for my damages and Eleanor is giving me the run around. Absolutely no ownership. They are trying to say they need pics for proof, but I didn't vacate the evidence THEY DID. This place is a joke. They raised my price over $100 in the last 2yrs without notice. They have you hostage! I'll be getting out ASAP! There so many options out there. Check other places before coming here

Well, here we go again!! Another increase in rent. My rate has gone up almost $100 within a year and a half. My rate did not change until the new owners and I've been here since 1999. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!! RUN...please find another storage facility. They are WAY overpriced.

Your rent will increase 2 to 3 times a year at this location. My rent went up by $100 since the new ownership and I have been there a long time. Unacceptable. Never had any isuues before. There are locations for less in the surrounding area.
