The people are always helpful. They can not figure out problems at my house, therefore it took too much work and trouble to figure out the camera was causing problems instead of the wire cables. Hopefully the new camera fixes the problem. I have very much enjoyed the cameras and the convenience of the SCW system. Thank you. GREG DEBUS
