Amazing customer service!!! Very easy move in process! Very clear and straight forward instructions for the customer. Highly recommend for anyone that has storage needs!

The units are spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. Vincent has been super helpful and friendly too! He remembers clients' names which is very impressive. If you want to leave your stuff in a safe place, use this location.

Best storage unit ever! I have moved way too often but they were by far the easiest and kindest. Clear communication and expectations. Helpful. Made everything from start to finish easy. Worth every penny to rent with then.

I just rented a 10x10 storage unit today and honestly what sold me was the amazing customer service I received from Vincent! He was AMAZING and so helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy. I rented an indoor climate controlled unit and it's super clean and very secure. They offer great move in specials and you can even reserve online!!

I absolutely love Self Storage of Vacaville. The customer service is awesome. The cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. I highly recommend anyone that needs to rent a storage to use Self Storage of Vacaville. The prices aren't bad at all. It will be well worth it. I have an inside unit and the halls, walls and floors are well kept. Always smells so good and clean. The public restrooms is always clean and stocked.

Very clean and well maintained throughout the grounds. Good prices with some great specials and good availability. Amazing service with well-trained staff and excellent management. I just love this place! I also have my mail delivered here and they usually hand deliver it when they see me on the grounds. Today I failed to secure my lock properly and I received a phone call promptly to inform me of the problem. Where else do you see this kind of service?! Thanks guys (aka Marty)

I never thought I'd say this about a storage units. I have been to a few but I have to say, this place was the cleanest storage place (inside and out) I've ever seen! It's cool inside, the security makes you feel safe, there's carts at every entrance into the unit buildings, which are a +++++, and most of all, it SMELLS GREAT when you enter your building and there's music playing.
