What an amazing place The lady's there were so polite and head my truck waiting for me . I would recommend this place So clean and nice
Lindsey was amazing from phone call to arrival!! I literally had my car loaded and looked up storage units. The climate controlled building is what had me call, Lindsay took care of the rest!! I only need storage for a month and everything about this was easy.

This is a great storage facility. The employees bend over backwards to get your business and it doesn't stop there as they are great to give you a follow-up phone call when needed. The sheds are clean and some are even climate controlled, if you need that. The prices are reasonable and the sheds seem to be quite secure as they are alarmed and they have these new fangled locks available that can only be opened by drilling not cutting which gives me the option to put two locks on my door. This is a top notch new facility.
This whole team is wonderful. Talk about going out of your way for somebody who is down on their luck due to a disaster. They really know how to do customer service, and you are treated like you are family, but I think that is how they treat everyone. They could sure add consulting in customer service to the things they do well, and teach other businesses a thing or two. Great job Self Storage of Vacaville. You guys are the best. Very clean and updated facility. Also the employees were very nice and accommodating. I chose this storage facility because they had climate controlled rooms.
Rented a U-Haul truck here today. Great customer service from very friendly people! Michele was very helpful and very positive about the owners as well. Everything was very clean and well taken care of! Definitely will go back here!
Brand new, great customer service, spacious and convenient! What more can we ask for!? Finding out afterwards that they support a local non profit that benefits so many of our friends was the cherry on top! Thank you Self Storage of Vacaville!!

I had been searching for an affordable location close to base with sizable climate controlled units to store my things while I serve a year-long overseas tour. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place. Not only are the prices great, but the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. They continually go out of thier way to make sure I'm taken care of.
