Everyone was super helpful and friendly! They had the storage space that we needed immediately. We were there for approximately 3 months. Everything was super clean and we never had any issues at all. Once we were ready to leave, we notified the staff and they made the process so easy. We definitely recommend this storage facility and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I love this place! It's always kept clean and it's secure. The staff is always professional and they're responsive! You don't have to wait a long time to have your concerns addressed. Not that I concerned about anything cause I love the place...!

I found myself in need of a storage unit (My garage was about to explode). I had rented a unit several years ago, at a different location. I chose this location because of the proximity to my house and not having to worry about it possibly flooding. I requested a quote and they were very timely and reasonable. I highly recommend self storage of Vacaville. I moved to the area from out of state and was excepting a typical boring storage place. I was sooo wrong. I dealt with Michelle when I signed for my storage. Oh my goodness! Michelle is an absolute delight and made me feel like family instead of just someone walking in from the street. Michelle is way beyond professional and always goes out of her way to help my family if we are in need of something. The music is a breath of fresh air. I researched storage units in town for awhile before choosing this place. I had first called and spoke to Matt and he was so helpful, friendly and recommended I come in to see the size of the unit I was inquiring about. We went in to see them and another employee there gave my kids goodie bags and Matt took us to see the storage unit and filled us in on everything about the property, costs, payments every month and everything else we needed to know. I have always been petrified of putting my belongings in storage until finding Self Storage of Vacaville! Great customer service and clean new facility I would recommend to anyone who is in need of a storage. When I moved my stuff in the office manager brought my family and I free cold water bottles, I paid for a few mattresses protectors and a new lock from the front desk and she delivered everything to my unit while we were unloading. I was browsing around self storage places getting ready for my move to Virginia & a baby on the way. I inquired on their website which was super easy to reserve! I called maybe 20-30 minutes later and actually spoke to someone that told me I could come by and get more answers. I got off the phone, got ready right away, I went inside & was greeted by Matt!
