What a wonderful place. Exceptional service and outstanding customer service. Prices were reasonable and the units were well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient, they rented me just what I needed and did not try to "oversell" me. Thank you
Great customer service, outstanding maintenance and upkeep of the storage facility! They offer a variety of sizes for storage sheds. There is a gaurd that is onsite 24-7 and all units are monitored by close circuit cameras. The prices are reasonable with discounts available for military members.
We were looking for a storage facility that was convenient and close to home. We drove by this place often, but we expected it to be really expensive because it's fairly new. That is not the case! There cost is very competitive, and I love that they keep their facility clean. The staff is exceptional! Matthew, Michelle and Jo are very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer our questions. Give them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Hands down this is the best storage facility in Vacaville maybe the world. Moving is a stressful situation being able to have wonderful staff help you with the process is awesome. Michele with one L and Matt provided me with the best customer service I could wish for. The facility has carts to help you move items to and from your unit climate control so you are not hot and it is always clean. The facility is new and super clean. The staff are very helpful and helped me find a new home for my old furniture.
First time visitor to this location and I must say it was absolutely amazing! The staff was amazing and answered all of my questions and concerns. Michele took me on a tour of the facility to make sure I knew exactly what they offered! All around a great place ! I will be referring!
Wow! Great Friendly Service!! Clean, spacious and Secure. They offer many different storage sizes! They were never too pushy and have great Competitive prices, they are very easy to work with. We've been to many storages in our past but we have Never had such great service as we had here by Lindsey. I would def recommend my family and friends come here and really appreciate all their help. Oh my gosh!! I don't know if I have the right words to describe our experience at Self Service of Vacaville! This place is simply AMAZING!! Everything about this place from the cleanliness, to the state of the art security system, to the automatic lights and music in the hallways!! And heck, I haven't even gotten to the service yet!
