Some other Toyotas dealership give you a complimentary car wash specially for the amount of money I spent for servicing my vehicle.

Over $3200.00 on service and being a loyal customer for over 9 years the least I could get is a free car wash. Other toyota dealers do, Porsche dealers do just for stopping in their lot I know because I have one, and BMW as well. It would be nice to focus on those small details to keep bring customers back.
