Took my car in for an oil change and diagnostic. My service advisor kept my updated throughout the process and provided me with options (including pricing) of recommended repairs. My car was even ready well before scheduled. Where the service fell apart was when I went to the cashier to pay for my services. The young women that handled the transaction was incredibly rude and short with me. Even though I was very cordial with her, she never smiled and was dismissive.
