I brought in my wife’s Crown Signia for a strange front-end noise and Luis immediately took the time to go on a quick drive with me to hear the issue. The dealership ultimately took care of my auto issues. It took time because part had to be ordered. Communication was good but I had to initiate communication to keep totally updated.
