The dealership is wonderful, we have been going there for 20 years. As long as it is a normal service visit all is well. This time it was not a happy event. One parts department man said he had the part so we scheduled an appointment. It was not there. So we called again and again was told the part was there. My husband took the truck in and the part was not there. This time we dealt with Nathan who ordered the right part. Now we are waiting for the part. This was a week happening. We are waiting for the call now.

Everything was excellent. Only thing is they didn't offer to wash my car. I think is not necessary to ask for it. It should be included if the service is available.

Glenn is the best CS rep, he's professional, courteous and doesn't try to upsell me every time I go in, he listens to what I need and gets it done. One of the other reps tries to upsell $250-500 every time!!!! I'll always ask for Glenn I trust him!
