Customer service has dropped significantly. It’s sad because this used to be my favorite dealership. Maybe they’re understaffed now.

Amazing! I never have any issues. Steven is always an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable. We have other Toyota dealerships near our home but we choose to drive all the way here because of him.
