I only use Serramonte Ford since we owned our 2007 Escape Hybrid. I now have a 2019 Ford Escape and till use them. The only "issue", which really wasn't, was that when they replaced my wiper blades, someone forgot to take off the cover of the passenger side blade. I however, didn't realize it was just a cover but when I went back to my service writer, he took it off and apologized for the person's forgetfulness. If that's the only thing that's ever happened, I'd say this is A+ service!

All of the service reps that I've used - Richie, Pam and Carlos possess the excellence of character and professionalism that any customer would be very thankful to encounter...Serramonte Ford is very very lucky to have such employees and this is why I and others I know return for service and a new car...I hope you pay them well because they are your face to all of us and they do it outstandingly....when my 2017 Escape had a blown engine- Pam was great. It's a pleasure to deal with all of them.
