I have been going to Serramonte ford for years and serviced is always excellent.this place is an epitome of customer service .

They've doubled the price of their Basic service and recommended 2 unnecessary services in an effort to upsell me. As a result, have decided to have 2 "real" maintenance services done elsewhere at 1/3 the price. Unless they get real about $$$ will no longer have my car serviced with them.
