Great service rep, service done to specs...will return but pricing has become too aggressive. Nearly 400 dollars for a routine oil filter tire rotation and wipers with inspection is even for a dealership about 25% higher than warranted. Also note that the website estimates are lower than the estimates when you go in...$149 became $179. So Serramonte would suggest you review your numbers, In any case I still feel better going to this dealer for a hybrid service than I would outside. Thanks
