From start to finish this was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered at a car dealership! It was our first time buying a car at Serramonte Ford. Our salesperson Vincent was extremely welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, & extremely professional. He made the process a seamless one for which we were very appreciative.
