Great Service! Very Accommodating and the best after-sales service. More Power
Excellent service. They fixed the problem rapidly.
Was able to make a same day appt. Staff were efficient and professional. Had to wait about 20 minutes as my advisor was helping a previous customer. Very satisfied with my advisor and would recommend Serramonte Ford Service Department.
I had a wonderful experience with your sales person Vahn, he answered all my questions, he made me feel at ease, and he didn't pressure me just to get a commission, he felt like family, and for this being my first time buying a car off the lot, i had the best experience every, all dealerships should have a sales rep like him, he is a great asset to your company.
I love the service and the way they took care of my truck,
Exceptional courtesy professionalism above and beyond!!!
Ethically minded mechanic and customer service
Excellent Fleet Services. As a government agency we received 3 quotes from 3 dealers and Serramonte Ford was by far the cheapest beating out nest closest bid by 10k and the most expensive bid by nearly 20k. We will do business with hem in the future.
I appreciate being able to bring my car in first thing in the morning and it was completed in a timely manner.
