I only use Serramonte Ford since we owned our 2007 Escape Hybrid. I now have a 2019 Ford Escape and till use them. The only "issue", which really wasn't, was that when they replaced my wiper blades, someone forgot to take off the cover of the passenger side blade. I however, didn't realize it was just a cover but when I went back to my service writer, he took it off and apologized for the person's forgetfulness. If that's the only thing that's ever happened, I'd say this is A+ service!
