Love the friendly and professional services
During this very sensitive time and our current pandemic I appreciated the thoughtful way they scheduled my appt. Minimal wait time and I had no difficulty with bringing my certified service dog. My service was very thorough and I can't wait until my next appt.

A video conference with a nurse to repeat the same questions you already fill out in the forms, but this time you are in a waiting room with EVERYONE listening to it??? Really? Where is my right to confidentiality? The 4 stars are for the laser and the technician. The nurse is unnecessary if she’s just asking the same questions under those circumstances. Oh, and toilet out of service?
The nurse I video chatted with and the nurse who did the procedure were both great! I am excited for my next appointment.
Experience was great. I received a text when I was allowed to enter the lobby, my temp was checked, I was provided hand sanitizer and asked to wash hands, I waited maybe 2 min before being called back. The entire process was quick easy and sanitary!
Came in for a consult. The space is beautiful and their covid protocol left me feeling very safe. I was asked to wait outside until they text me that it is my time to come in. I saw the high touch area being disinfected multiple times during my appointment window. The staff and nurses are super nice. I am looking forward to getting my treatments done at SEV
