The laser was painless and fast.
My experience was awesome! The staff was super friendly and my laser tech was amazing! My laser tech was friendly also and she made me feel very comfortable!! I definitely will refer my friends and continue to use their services!
Super friendly and took all precautions
The gals upfront were awesome, they greeted me when I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. Kudos to the both of them for providing excellent customer service, during my wait time they asked me to schedule my future appointments which was great. When I was called in the nurse was very helpful and she took her time to make sure I was not in pain. Overall I am so impressed and I look forward to continuing doing my laser treatments here and totally will recommend this location
It was painless
It was my first time to Sev. I was nicely greeted by Alexis and laser treated by Elsa. Elsa was great! I was nervous but she explained everything so well and when it came to the actual procedure it was done painlessly! She made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. We laughed about how nervous I was! You ladies are great! Thank you!
I really appreciated the streamlined COVID process. Washing hands, staff members opening doors, hand sanitizer at the register — all amazing things. Keep it up!
