Everyone was Very friendly and welcoming
I forget the name of lady who checked us in, but she was shouting at us from the door. Instead of being greated with good morning, She asking my name from corner on the other end. I understand it's Covid, but one doesn't have to forget customer service. I should feel. welcomed when I enter a business. Her instructions were confusing, however after everything was sorted out, appointment went very smooth. The esthetician was great and treatment was quick. Location is beautiful and very clean.
Everyone was friendly and I appreciated how diligent they were about maintaining social distancing protocol. Elsa made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process before we began, which I appreciated since it was my first time. Overall, it was an incredibly quick and painless process!
No waiting, fast, efficient.

The nurse that did my laser was super amazing she was so kind, friendly and gentle!! I would say the only downside was the customer service at the front desk. One of the receptionist was rude not polite and seemed like she did not want to be at work. The other ladies usually are great so I was surprised.
I loved How you guys take our temperature & make us wash our hands before taking a seat. I loved my laser experience it was very fast & efficient. But the front desk receptionist was very rude kept cutting me off when trying to talk & just had a very bad attitude. This is the first time I have experienced that since I have been going. I really didn’t appreciate that at all.
