My first session with my nurse was amazing!! She was so thoughtful and made sure to explain the process, what to expect in terms of the efficacy of the treatment and after care instructions. She made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Her warmth and care for her patients radiated. However, the nurse that called to clear me could of been a little nicer. It was great but had little time at face because it was my first time doing laser on face.
Staff and Nurses are great. Friendly, cute place and super fast. This was also almost painless, 100% better than waxing... although it is a process, so far after 2 of 6 sessions completely worth it.
Been here twice now and the ladies at the front desk are super sweet and always accommodating(I have been to their places where people were pretentious af). The techs are also extremely friendly and have made me feel very comfortable. I am getting laser for a full Brazilian and underarms.
