It was my first time and an it couldn’t have gone better! Front desk staff was clear about COVID distancing and sanitizing instructions and they were very friendly. My laser technician was super nice and explained everything very well, she made me feel comfortable and the building is beautiful inside. Only took about five minutes of actual laser IG and it was nothing compared to waxing, looking forward to my next session and eventually being hairless!

It was my first appointment since the pandemic and Sev handled everything wonderfully. They texted me when to come inside, sent me to wash my hands, and got right to work with zapping with the laser. Masks were worn the whole time. It felt very safe, and I was so happy to resume my hair free journey!
