RecommendedMy service tech did what I needed. He gave me an assessment of my needs. I decided to buy and install a water softener my self. Bought a top rated one with Wi-Fi communication, took the old one out and installed the new one I n a couple hours. Saved $3000.

When I had water coming from my upstairs bathroom dripping down through to my downstairs ceiling onto the floor I expected a bad plumbing experience with a plumbing company. But then I called Shafer Plumbing and they sent Tyler to come out and take care of the problem. He went above and beyond what was needed to fix the the issue and I am so happy with what he did to fix my problem, which turned out to be three problems. Quality service and quality work and quality technicians all make for a quality company.
