John was professional and kind. He did a thorough and complete inspection of my plumbing needs. Being mindful of my expenses, he gave many options. I could not have asked for more. Shafer sent Technician, Luis Castillo, right on the same day I called for the problem. I really appreciate their prompt service. Luis was great 👍 . I also got the new AC from Shafer last summer. Shafer had a brand I liked. Other company did not have that brand in their stock.
