This is a highly professional, knowledgeable team...Ismael and his apprentice John on the plumbing side, and Bruce and Abraham on the HVAC side were so thorough, helpful and addressed our Plumbing and HVAC concerns at a fair price! I felt they also took great care in making sure I felt safe...which I haven't always with other companies. They were respectful, wore booties and masks without asking, to keep our home safe and clean. I highly recommend Shafer!! Please ask for Ismael or Bruce!!!
Very professional, extremely conscientious and thorough in checking all AC components.
Frank was excellent, explained everything as he went about his work. He would get me to approve some aspects of the job as he progressed. Cleaned up as he went, worked at a good pace, but not rushed. I like that he left me pictures of what he did. Extremely pleased with the work!
